Ingredient:

  • Belly pork or short ribs.
  • Caramel (Raw sugar burned into liquid state)
  • Garlic
  • Salt, paper, Fish sauce
  • Coconut juice

Cook steps:

  • Seasoning pork in Caramel and garlic, fish sauce in at least 30 mins. It is better if keep seasoning overnight.
  • Stir fry pork in oil until cook.
  • Put coconut juice in the pork, cook more 15 mins or until well done.

TIPS: Can put more boil eggs to make caramelized eggs.
