- Belly pork or short ribs.
- Caramel (Raw sugar burned into liquid state)
- Salt, paper, Fish sauce
- Coconut juice
- Seasoning pork in Caramel and garlic, fish sauce in at least 30 mins. It is better if keep seasoning overnight.
- Stir fry pork in oil until cook.
- Put coconut juice in the pork, cook more 15 mins or until well done.
TIPS: Can put more boil eggs to make caramelized eggs.
