• Water
  • Pineapple
  • Tamarind
  • Salt, Fish sauce, Sugar
  • Fish (Chicken or Prawn)
  • Garlic burn with oil
  • Vegetable: Rau muong, Dau bap, Gia, Ot, Ngo om.

Cook steps:

  • Boiling water with Pineapple and Tamarind until boil. Take out the tamarind.
  • Put seasoning into the soup: 2 tsp of Salt, 2 tsp of Fish sauce, 3 tsp of Sugar, or modify according to personal.
  • Put Fish to the soup until well cook.
  • Whenever you begin eating, put veggies and topping with Garlic burn.

Tips: DO NOT put paper and spring onion into the soup.
